Adults BJJ
Our co-ed Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to develop both beginners and experienced practitioners in a supportive, challenging training environment. Each class focuses on building a strong technical foundation through warm-ups, positional drills, and detailed instruction in the core positions and techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Beginners learn the essential movements, concepts, and strategies that allow them to progress safely and confidently, while more experienced students receive advanced technical instruction and drilling opportunities to refine their skills for competition or practical self-defense. Classes also include live training where students apply techniques against resisting partners.
In the tradition of the Carlson Gracie training philosophy, we emphasize the development of both mental toughness and physical capability, training students to remain calm, disciplined, and effective under pressure. Our goal is to build well-rounded practitioners who are capable of performing in any format—sport, self-defense, or real fighting—while growing stronger, more confident, and more resilient on and off the mat.
Women's BJJ
Our exclusivley Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class provides a supportive, comfortable training environment where women can learn effective Jiu-Jitsu while training with other women. The class focuses on building confidence, awareness, and practical skills in a setting that is welcoming to beginners and encouraging for all experience levels.
Training includes warm-ups, technical instruction, and drills that emphasize practical self-defense applications, teaching students how to control situations, escape dangerous positions, and protect themselves using leverage and technique rather than strength. Students also have the opportunity to practice these skills through structured drilling and optional sparring, always in a safe and respectful atmosphere.
Beyond the physical skills, the class also emphasizes confidence, mental strength, and personal empowerment. Our goal is for every student to leave class feeling stronger, more capable, and part of a positive community of women supporting each other on the mat.
