Self Defense

  • Kids Kickboxing

    Our Kickboxing classes for kids, led by Coach James, are designed to develop strong, technical strikers in a positive and challenging training environment. Grounded in the fundamentals of Muay Thai and boxing, these classes focus on building proper striking mechanics, footwork, defense, and combination work.


    Each class includes an excellent full-body workout with pad work, drills, and conditioning designed to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and speed. Students also receive detailed technical instruction that helps them develop the timing, accuracy, and control needed to become effective strikers.
